I have been creating videos on YouTube for the past 10 years, and these 11 things have helped me make that journey easier, more flowy, and fun.

Let’s start with the face..
1. Eye and Skin Protection:
You need a good blue light blocker for your eyes, and for your face!
These are my holy grail. I keep blue blocking glasses EVERYWHERE in my space, and I don’t go a day without using Colorscience’s SPF that not only blocks sunlight, but also blue light!
If you sit in front of a computer or phone at all during the day, protecting your face and eyes from aging blue light is ESSENTIAL!
